Active-online is a project of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the University of Zurich and of the Institute of Sport Sciences of the Federal Office of Sports, funded by Health Promotion Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Office of Sports, the Swiss Accident Insurance Company (suva), Allez Hop and Qualitop.

Currently, Active-online is promoted not only through www.active-online.ch. but also through the largest Swiss Internet portal www.bluewin.ch (-> Lifestyle).

Active-online is interested in promotion partnerships with other organisations and institutions.

Possibilities for international cooperation

Active-online is interested in international cooperation and shares it programming and experiences with interested organisations in other countries, in order to allow adaptations for non-commercial use in freely-accessible programmes.
